Kangla Fort, Imphal
Kangla Fort is a spiritual and historical landmark of the Meitei civilization in the heart of Imphal. Once the seat of Manipur’s rulers, the fort complex houses ancient temples, the iconic Kangla Sha (dragon lion sculptures), and ruins of royal buildings.
