Mon (Konyak Tribe Villages)
Mon district offers a raw glimpse into tribal Naga life, especially the Konyak tribe, once known as headhunters. Longwa village is particularly unique — it lies on the India–Myanmar border, and some households fall under both nations. Traditional tattoos, log drums, and skull relics in Morungs (youth dormitories) reflect deep cultural heritage.
