Phawngpui (Blue Mountain National Park)

Phawngpui, the highest peak in Mizoram at 2,157 meters, is called the “Blue Mountain” due to the bluish haze around it. It lies within Phawngpui National Park, home to exotic flora and fauna including clouded leopards, goral, and the rare Blyth’s tragopan. The summit offers panoramic views of the Chin Hills and beyond into Myanmar.
